Robertsons says you need to add these delightful stuffed chicken breasts to your list of chicken braai recipes. Fill them with spinach, creamy cottage cheese and bacon, and use some flavourful Robertsons Master Blends for Braai Traditional Braai Mix as a rub to create these perfect, succulent braai must-haves. Instructions

  1. Cut a slit into the side of each chicken breast. Spread with wholegrain mustard.
  2. Line the slit with 2 baby spinach leaves and a piece of bacon, and then push in a quarter of the cottage cheese. Secure with toothpick.
  3. Brush with olive oil and coat with the Robertsons Master Blends for Braai Traditional Braai Mix.
  4. Braai over medium-to-hot coals, turning often until cooked through. This will take about 10 -15 minutes.
