 Brackenfell Zone Fitness is one of the biggest clubs in the family. At 2500 m², it consists of an aerobics studio, a spinning studio and a fully equipped cardio and weights section. Enjoy a variety of fitness classes under the supervision of expert fitness instructors.

Spinning Studio: Indoor cycling is suited to all levels of fitness and boosts cardiovascular fitness without placing stress on your joints, while burning fat and working lower body muscles for a trimmed, toned physique.
