Sauna: Hit the sauna after a grueling workout to relieve sore muscles and flush out toxins, as the heat increases blood flow. If you plan on using Zone’s sauna facilities, remember to hydrate during and after your exercise.

Sensation Showers: Wind down after your workout with a hydrotherapy session in our sensation showers. Combinations of contrasting water pressures and temperatures are ideal for stimulating circulation, balancing and detoxing the body and producing a state of mental and physical relaxation.

Resistance Training

Resistance Training: Resistance training involves exercises causing muscles to contract against an external resistance. This form of exercise increases strength, tone, mass and endurance. Our Resistance Training equipment includes:

Aerobic Studio

Aerobic Studio: Aerobic exercise involves activities where large muscles in arms, legs and hips move repeatedly, increasing heart rate and building cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
