The Club will relocate to the 2nd floor of the, to be constructed new section, of the building.
Over the next couple of months we will be working hard on the construction of the new Zone Fitness Milnerton, set to open Dec 2017. During this process we would like to ask you, our valued members, to please be patient as there will be a certain amount of inconvenience to you during this process.
Phase 1: 16 January to March 2017 and will include:
– moving the reception area
– reconfiguring the equipment layout
– relocate the group training studio
– moving the new change rooms
Phase 2: 1 April to 31 August 2017
– demolition of the areas of the building damaged in the fire in July 2016, including the club’s offices, the club’s change rooms and China Town stores
– construction on the new building
Phase 3: 1 September to December 2017
– internal fit out of the new Zone Fitness Club
– installation of new equipment
– opening of the new club

Free Weights Area
Free Weights Area: Strength training promotes more muscle, lowers body fat, strengthens joints and bones and increases cardiovascular fitness. Our Free Weights Area includes:

Resistance Training: Resistance training involves exercises causing muscles to contract against an external resistance. This form of exercise increases strength, tone, mass and endurance. Our Resistance Training equipment includes:
- Upper body exercise machines
- Lower body exercise machines
Aerobic Studio: Aerobic exercise involves activities where large muscles in arms, legs and hips move repeatedly, increasing heart rate and building cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

Changing rooms: This club features separate, fully-fitted male and female changing rooms, including:
- A locker area to store valuables during your workout
