Zone Parow is getting a face lift with new carpets and Complete New Weight Training Equipment. However this means that we will be closed from Thursday 16 November to Sunday 19 November to allow us to complete the renovations as quickly as possible.

During this time you are welcome to use any other branch!

Zone Parow features a fully equipped cardio and weights section and an aerobics studio hosting a variety of fitness classes. Ask the in-house trainers to assist you with your session. Located in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs.

Resistance Training

Resistance Training: Resistance training involves exercises causing muscles to contract against an external resistance. This form of exercise increases strength, tone, mass and endurance. Our Resistance Training equipment includes:

Aerobic Studio

Aerobic Studio: Aerobic exercise involves activities where large muscles in arms, legs and hips move repeatedly, increasing heart rate and building cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

Changing rooms: This club features separate, fully-fitted male and female changing rooms, including:
