Have you child accompany you while you run, walk or bike. Younger children can ride in a jogging stroller or bike seat while older children can work out on scooters, tricycles, or bikes while you walk, jog, or run.
Teach your children a few simple yoga poses and let them stretch and twist alongside you. Many kids are quite adept and flexible, but let them go at their own pace.

This may be the easiest way to exercise with your children. Pump up the music and dance. Dance vigorously enough to give yourself a cardiovascular workout, add a few jumps to really up the ante. You can even play an aerobic dance workout video and call it a dance party!
