Easter at Homestead

The team spent some time at the Homestead, home for boys in Woodstock. They were given the workout of their lives! The team also played lots of fun games with the boys and handed out some goodies.
It was good to spend some quality time together with the boys, they learned a lot about health, nutrition and fitness.
