Womens Butt and Leg Workout in the Gym
Training in the gym is a great way to do it. In this workout we’ll show you some great leg and Glute exercises. In this glute and Leg Gym workout the ladies start off with side step ups for as many as they can. This warms up their legs and butt. Then they do side to side curtsy lunges for as many as they can. Next they go straight into body weight squats for as many as they can. Next side squats for as many as they can. Then high step ups. Do 2 sets of all these exercise for as many as you can.They finish the workout with exercise for 15-20 reps each leg 3 sets
