Fitness Friday and Little Recipe of Mine: Smoothie Recovery

Make sure you have the right amount of nutrients after a good workout! I drink this special Green Drink from The Honest Life book by Jessica Alba.

 

Recipe:
1 Cucumber (peeled and chopped)
2 handfuls of Kale
2 Lemons (Just the juice)
1 Tsp Ginger (freshly grated)
2 Celery sticks (chopped)
2 Apples (take the core out)
1 Bowl of Watermelon (frozen to keep your smoothie cold)
