Awesome Leg Workout Technique for Hamstrings. (c) Vicsnatural 2014 If you are looking for a productive movement for the back of your legs( aka your hamstrings, aka your thigh biceps), you will really enjoy this. You might already be doing this exercise already. However, you might be pulling too quickly, or pulling up too high and taking your body out of position. Keep forearms on pads, feet relaxed, and pull up to about 75% of the full movement. If you pull any further , you will pull your body out of position. Don’t do too many sets at first. You might be surprised at how sore you can get from this small movement. This will allow the weight and stress of the exercise to sit directly into the hamstrings.
