Provincial Department of Home Affairs – Brackenfell: This was our sports day event we held at Allendale prison in Paarl with the Provincial Department of Home Affairs on Friday the 18th of September 2015.
We did an aerobics warm up before we ventured out on the 3 km walk.
Throughout the day we assisted with various sporting events like soccer, volleyball, athletics and touch rugby.
The Provincial department regarded us (Zone Fitness) as Family.
