Summer Green Smoothie Bowl

You are not alone if you still obsessing over the wonderfulness that is the smoothie bowl. It makes consuming a smoothie feel more like a meal than ever before. And yes, we know, veggie-filled smoothies can sometimes taste like mowed lawn. But this recipe, featuring all the greens we know and love tastes amazing and your taste buds will never notice all the healthy greenery you are chowing.

 

THE INGREDIENTS

1 sliced banana, preferably frozen.

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/3 cup almond milk

1-2 handfuls spinach

 

TOPPING IDEAS

Granola

Drizzled almond butter

Sliced banana

Frozen fruit

Chia seeds

Mixed seeds

It’s as easy as that! Throw all your ingredients in a blender or food processor and top up with any of the topping ideas listed above, and you will be in smoothie bowl heaven!
