Regional Sales Manager vacancy – Western Cape
Zone Fitness is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who is an innovative sales executive, can develop and execute successful sales strategies, an inspirational leader who can empower others and hold them accountable to achieve their best results.
A successful candidate should have a passion and drive for the fitness industry, have a valid driver’s license and must be able to reliably community between our various branches throughout our Central region.
PERFORMANCE STATEMENT
The Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for the Central region’s membership income and for meeting senior management’s expectations of annual income growth.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Clear criminal record
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Senior Sales Manager (preferably within the fitness industry).
- Sales and Marketing related qualification (advantageous)
- Computer literacy skills.
- Sales and target driven.
- Specific attention to detail.
- Accurate numeric skills.
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Diplomacy in handling employee and member-related issues
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work a 6 day work week.
