The 7 FIT app creates seven-minute workouts that are quick and easy to do, anywhere. These seven-minute workouts involve a series of 12 bodyweight exercises that require only a chair and a wall. Seven minutes might not sound like much but be warned, these workouts are quite intense to make sure you burn the most amount of calories in a short amount of time. — think squats, pushups, etc. — is performed for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between. The HiFit App includes a nifty timer, which ticks off each interval and notes which move is coming up next.

It is free to download, which unfortunately means you might see a few ads popup once in a while, however they won’t mess with your workout!

With 9 workouts to choose from, you’ll have one for each day of the week. Choose between 6 – 7 minutes and 12 – 14 moves per routine. And if you’re up for it, take the 7×4 challenge, which challenges you to exercise for 7 minutes a day, 7 days a week for 4 weeks.

The exercise routines range from a morning wake-up routine to an evening before-sleep stretch, with specific targeted exercises in between, such as a butt or leg workout.

Before starting the exercise routine, a helpful explanation and demonstration of the exercises are shown. We recommend checking the exercises before starting a routine, as you will get the best results by doing the exercises for 7 minutes continuously.

Once you choose an activity, a 10-second timer pops up to give you time to prepare for the first exercise. Once an exercise pops up, a 30-second timer starts counting down while you exercise. After each exercise another 10-second timer appears, which counts down your rest time.

A great motivator are the “premium” exercises which are locked, but can be unlocked by completing a set number of exercises. These exercises include video demonstrations of the exercises, which will help you to understand them better.

We think this app is awesome to get you into the habit of exercising regularly, as you can set reminders for when you want to do your daily exercises. 7 minutes may not sound long, but with the high intensity of these workouts you’ll definitely feel the burn! For even better results, do a few repetitions of each exercise routine, meaning you will be exercising for 14 or 21 minutes a day instead of 7.
