Service Strategy

Being involved in the fitness industry, locally and internationally, we have learned plenty about the do’s and don’ts about a gym! One thing we have learned is that getting members to join our clubs is easy, what is harder is to keep them interested, motivated and coming back week after week. Exercise is hard work and unless you see results and enjoy your time spent in the gym,you are going to lose interest at some stage. And this is our challenge! How do we keep our members coming back year in and year out?

Electronic Cardiovascular Equipment

Electronic Cardiovascular Equipment: Cardio training is any exercise that elevates your heart rate. This has numerous health benefits: burning calories, helping you lose body fat and strengthening your heart and lungs. Treadmills Step machines Cross trainers Bicycles Rowing machines

Free Weights Area

Free Weights Area: Strength training promotes more muscle, lowers body fat, strengthens joints and bones and increases cardiovascular fitness. Our Free Weights Area includes: Dumbbells up to 65 kg Standard barbell EZ Curl Bar Olympic barbells Benches

Changing rooms: This club features separate, fully-fitted male and female changing rooms, including: A locker area to store valuables during your workout A vanity area  (female change rooms include hairdryers) Showers Toilets

Membership Consultants market and sell memberships. With an extensive knowledge on our
products and services they offer the best package for a prospective client’s needs.

Receptionist will access members into the club and assist with all queries.

  • Lockers

Lockers are both in and outside the change rooms. Members can use it to lock away their valuables when exercising (member to bring his/her own lock).

  • Personal Trainers

Personal Trainers (tenant) – They provide one on one personal training sessions at an additional fee. Members interested in personal training should contact these personal trainers directly for availability and costs.

  • Fitness Instructors

Fitness instructors will ensure that our members exercise safely and effectively. Orientation sessions will be held every hour on the hour to instruct members how to use the equipment on the Toning Circuit and the Super Circuit. Members do not need to book for this.

  • Group Training

Multi-Purpose Studio
Aerobic and Body Conditioning Classes are conducted here. You can visit our website for a copy of the timetable and more information on the classes offered at each branch.
