Brackenfell

Zone Fitness Brackenfell is 2500 m², it consists of an aerobics studio, a spinning studio and a fully equipped cardio and weights section. Enjoy a variety of fitness classes under the supervision of expert fitness instructors. Steam Room

Steam Room: Hit the Steamrooms after a grueling workout to relieve sore muscles and flush out toxins, as the heat increases blood flow. If you plan on using Zone’s steam room facilities, remember to hydrate during and after your exercise.

Spinning Studio

Spinning Studio: Indoor cycling is suited to all levels of fitness and boosts cardiovascular fitness without placing stress on your joints, while burning fat and working lower body muscles for a trimmed, toned physique. There are different intensities to try out, so whether it’s your first time or you’re a pro, you can start indoor cycling!

Resistance Training

Resistance Training: Resistance training involves exercises causing muscles to contract against an external resistance. This form of exercise increases strength, tone, mass and endurance. Our Resistance Training equipment includes:

  • Upper body exercise machines

Aerobic Studio

Aerobic Studio: Aerobic exercise involves activities where large muscles in arms, legs and hips move repeatedly, increasing heart rate and building cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

Changing rooms: This club features separate, fully-fitted male and female changing rooms, including:

  • A locker area to store valuables during your workout
