Free Weights Area: Strength training promotes more muscle, lowers body fat, strengthens joints and bones and increases cardiovascular fitness. Our Free Weights Area includes:

  • EZ Curl Bar
  • Olympic barbells
  • Benches

Resistance Training

Resistance Training: Resistance training involves exercises causing muscles to contract against an external resistance. This form of exercise increases strength, tone, mass and endurance. Our Resistance Training equipment includes:

Aerobic Studio

Aerobic Studio: Aerobic exercise involves activities where large muscles in arms, legs and hips move repeatedly, increasing heart rate and building cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

Our Aerobic Studio offers a full range of aerobics classes. Consult the Program section for class offerings and schedules.

Changing rooms: This club features separate, fully-fitted male and female changing rooms, including:

  • A locker area to store valuables during your workout
  • A vanity area  (female change rooms include hairdryers)

BootcampIs a type of group physical training class. Program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. This class can also be done outside. All levels of fitness.

Box BurnIs a 30 - 45 minute Instructor Lead High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) Group class.Classes are programmed to work in groups, partners and/or individually and consists of Boxing related techniques/workouts. These will include Skipping, Bag work, punching pads (mits) shadow boxing and functional training. All these exercises are aimed at improving Cardio Respiratory Fitness as well as Strength, Endurance and Flexibility . Boxing accommodates all levels of fitness.
