Zone Fitness Willowbridge is located in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs, features a range of group training classes and we have a fully equipped cardio and weight training section with a dynamic fitness team and welcoming reception team.

Resistance Training

Resistance Training: Resistance training involves exercises causing muscles to contract against an external resistance. This form of exercise increases strength, tone, mass and endurance. Our Resistance Training equipment includes:

Aerobic Studio

Aerobic Studio: Aerobic exercise involves activities where large muscles in arms, legs and hips move repeatedly, increasing heart rate and building cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
