Is a 30 - 45 minute Instructor Lead High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) Group class.Classes are programmed to work in groups, partners and/or individually and consists of Boxing related techniques/workouts. These will include Skipping, Bag work, punching pads (mits) shadow boxing and functional training. All these exercises are aimed at improving Cardio Respiratory Fitness as well as Strength, Endurance and Flexibility . Boxing accommodates all levels of fitness.
