If you’re into counting macros or meal planning, this app is perfect for you as it allows you to set custom goals for micronutrients, water, health and body measurements, so you can really hone in on what you’d like to achieve.

If that’s not enough to get you motivated, perhaps the small challenges will. On the app, you can set up different challenges for weight-loss, food and exercise. These challenges can also be shared with your friends.
