Lucky 13 St Georges Mall

Zone Fitness St Georges Mall opens in the heart of Cape Town CBD to make lunch time and after work training even more convenient.

Following on their focus to provide affordable accessible training alternatives to the high-end fitness groups it has been important to branch out of the suburbs to heart of the central business districts and opening the club on the corner of Strand and St Georges Mall can’t be more central.

Launched for the first time in 2002, Zone Fitness Kloof Street offered Cape Town an alternative to the traditional exercise experience. While it incorporated state-of-the-art facilities, comprehensive aerobic instruction, studios and professional trainers, Zone also proposed a fitness lifestyle that was personal and affordable. Dedicated to approaching fitness differently, Zone Fitness was also responsible for creating the first women-only fitness clubs – spaces where women could feel comfortable and individually cared for.

By providing training opportunities in un-intimidating environments, the now thirteen clubs are focused on the individual needs of the area they’re in, and it’s this uplifting community spirit that provides the perfect environment to unlock every person’s unique potential.

April was a big month with the opening of Durbanville Zone Fitness, as well as Wynberg and Lenasia having their second and first anniversaries.
