If you are a big salad lover then this tasty summer-watermelon-mint-and-feta-salad is a must-try.
Ingredients:
- 900 g watermelon, skin removed and roughly chopped
- 120 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 125 ml mint leaves, roughly torn
- 60 g black olives, pitted and sliced
- 30 ml Greek vinaigrette salad dressing
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl, dress with the Greek vinaigrette salad dressing then toss well to coat and serve immediately.
